Graduate diploma courses

Graduate diploma courses are available in ceramics and visual arts at Caulfield and Gippsland. Applicants are required to have a pass bachelors degree or an honours degree with a major study in the relevant discipline.
Course offerings in any one year depend on staff availability. Studies commenced on the Gippsland campus may be available for completion on the Caulfield campus in 1999. Further information and advice may be sought from the heads of departments/centres.

Within the faculty, graduates may undertake the higher degrees of Master of Arts by research, or Doctor of Philosophy. Please refer to the outline of graduate courses.
Further information and advice may be sought from the heads of departments and centres at Caulfield and Gippsland in which specialised major areas of study are offered. The annual closing date for applications is 31 October of each year.

Flexible learning arrangements and scholarships for prospective fee-paying higher degree research students.
Part-time studies and part-time scholarships may be available in certain circumstances. The university aims to introduce a scholarship system for fee-paying postgraduate courses in 1999. Students planning to do these courses and who think they may need fee relief, can contact the Monash Postgraduate Association on 9905 3196 for details about the proposed scholarships.
