Clarence Claude Fisher Award

A number of awards up to a maximum of $1000 per student, based on academic merit and requirement for assistance, are available annually to students enrolled in degree or associate diploma courses in the School of Applied Science.

RACI Gippsland Chemistry Awards

* An award of $200 plus one year's student membership of the RACI is awarded on academic merit.

* A cash award of $50 and student membership of the RACI is awarded for the best third-year chemistry project.

APM Maryvale Mill Scholarships

Seven awards of $1000 are made on the basis of academic merit for students studying full-time at first, second or third year, who are proceeding to a further year of full-time study.

Coal Corporation of Victoria

Three awards of $1000 are open to students enrolled in applied science and are made on the basis of academic merit to full-time students in their second year, who are proceeding to full-time study at third-year level.

AusIMM Student Prize

An annual prize of $500 to be awarded to the student excelling in the application of the environmental sciences to the mining industry.

ASOR Scholarship

An award of $500 plus one year's membership of the Australian Society of Operations Research is open to students studying operations research at fourth-year level, based on academic merit at third-year level.
