Prerequisites: Average of credit grade in at least twenty-four points of third-year mathematical statistics (MAS) subjects, or equivalent.
This course normally consists of a number of units in addition to the completion, under supervision, of a major project. The units are normally chosen from the list given below, but up to three third-year subjects may be included. Units from pure or applied mathematics may also be taken with the permission of the coordinator. Students are required to expound and defend their thesis in seminars.
