Physics (including physiology)

24 points * Eight 1-hour lectures and two 6-hour laboratory classes per week * Second semester * Clayton * Prerequisites: As for PHS3611

Physics: There are five physics lecture units which must include the compulsory units of `Nuclear physics' and `Solid state physics (lattice and electronic properties)'. The remaining three physics units are to be chosen from the third-year list. Physiology: Students will attend lectures in the neurophysiology stream. Details are given under the separate entry for PHY3022 (Physiology) and should be confirmed on enrolment.

Examinations (8 x 1.5 hrs): 67% * Laboratory work: 33%.
