Directed studies in geography

In this subject students undertake specific courses (eg part or all of a third-year subject in geography or some other discipline, a course of reading and discussion in a particular area, a special course of lectures etc.) under the direction of their supervisors. Assessment is based on assignments during the subject and an examination.
