The subject provides students with appropriate information and support to apply prior learning in research and to develop a research proposal, which includes a literature review, data collection tool, ethical application and application for easy access to research participants. Students will also be provided with the opportunity to develop skills in critiquing research.

Written (25,000 words): 60% * Critique/Oral presentation: 20% * Meeting with supervisors: 20%
