Introductory perspectives on rehabilitation and extended care nursing

Taking a multidisciplinary approach, this subject provides information related to the philosophies and models of rehabilitation and extended care, placing an emphasis on care and empowerment. Topics include perspectives on rehabilitation and extended care nursing; contemporary models and theories of nursing practice; major categorisation of health problems; nursing management strategies and the self-care phenomena; and the rehabilitation team.
