The overall aim of the subject is to increase knowledge and skills using a systematic approach to health assessment of the client. This knowledge will include both subjective and objective data pertinent to the client's health history. Emphasis will be placed on providing an opportunity to develop and practice skills essential for interviewing, data collection, documentation and interpretation of data and physical health assessment techniques.
