Clinical pharmacology for nurses I

The subject covers an introduction to pharmacology and related terminology. Specific areas taught include the pharmacology of anaesthetics and pain relief, rheumatology, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, treatment of infection, ocular disorders, skin disorders, gynaecology and obstetrics. The subject is taught by lectures.

Assessment

Assignment (500 words): 30% * Examination (1.5 hours): 70%
