Chronic disease epidemiology

This subject is concerned with the epidemiology of the common chronic diseases, heart disease, cancer, diabetes, their aetiology and the interrelations with consumption and behaviour patterns. Methods of control of these diseases are examined critically, such as screening and education programs.
