Radiological sciences
A structured program on radiological sciences will be organised including lectures and demonstrations of relevant pathologies via attachment to radiology departments of various hospitals. It will be run for three days per week, over a two and a half week period. A series of practical sessions, involving observation of all imaging techniques in major hospitals' imaging departments (ie Alfred Hospital, Monash Medical Centre and Box Hill Hospital). This will be supplemented with self-directed learning using individual series of films, tapes and ultimately, computerised images at each of these hospital departments.
