Pathology and post-mortem review session

Post-mortem sessions will be half-hour sessions run for four days of the week when students will attend on a voluntary basis between 8.30 and 9 am at the Alfred Hospital and Monash Medical Centre in first and second terms. The pathologists will demonstrate findings of post-mortem studies conducted on the previous day. Further small group tutorials will facilitate the teaching of the relevant system pathology. Each of the tutorials will follow the clinical lecture material (from the integrative teaching program), the emphasis, however, being that of the pathological processes. The material will be presented in a clinical, case-oriented manner.

Clinico-pathology correlation sessions
