(1) The nature of restitution and quasi contract and the principle of unjust enrichment. (2) Recovery of money paid and property transferred under a mistake of law or fact. (5) Recovery of benefits conferred under ineffective contracts. (6) Recovery of benefits acquired as a result of a wrongful act. (7) Defences.
