This subject deals with the creation and operation of contracts transferring interests in land, the conditions implied in contracts of sale by the general law and by statute, the effect of breach of contract and the remedies available for such breach, investigation of title, land use and town planning, subdivision of land, the operation of the Transfer of Land, the Sale of Land, the Property Law and Subdivision Acts.
