This subject will deal with civil law methodology examining the relationship of the codes, legislation and judicial decision making. Particular topics from the law of tort, including liability arising from damages caused by things in custody, from dangerous activities and from the use of the automobile, as well as vicarious liability and abuse of right, will be discussed. Students will be able to undertake research on civilian methodology in an area of their choice.
