Non-destructive testing methods for metals and non-metals. Radiography, ultrasonics, crack detection and advanced methods. Metrology: principles, standards, methods and instruments for size, geometry and size roughness. Quality control: national and international quality standards, introduction to statistical quality control and pro-use control, process capabilities, control charts acceptance sampling, pre- and in-process control.

Assessment

Examinations (3 hours): 60% * Tests and assignments: 40%
