Introduction to hydraulics, pneumatics and electronics used in automation; actuators, sensors and logic elements, digital electronics and microprocessors, digital control technology, digital interface components and systems, output signals, input signals. Stepper motors, DC motors, digital to analog and analog to digital converters, handshake, use of computers for automation, use of PLCs.
