Detailed study of a 16-32 bit microprocessor (MC 68000 - 68040 family); computer peripherals and interfacing, design and testing of interface circuits (hardware and software); standard serial and parallel buses (IEEE 488, IEEE 696 etc); microcomputer testing and trouble shooting.

Assessment

Examination: 60% * Laboratory examination: 30% * Assignments: 10%
