Transient and sinusoidal steady-state circuit analysis, frequency response, resonance, power in AC circuits, power factor correction. Transducers and electronic instrumentation, amplification, transfer functions. Feedback and operational amplifiers. Digital circuits, digital instrumentation and systems. Electrical measuring instruments. Three-phase AC circuits. Electromagnetism, magnetic circuits, electromechanical energy conversion. Transformers and their equivalent circuits, efficiency and regulation. DC machines: generators and motors. AC machines: rotating magnetic field, synchronous generators and motors, induction motors, speed control.
