Flood estimation: unit graphs, runoff routing, hydrometeorology, frequency analysis. Hydrological processes and catchment modelling. Streamflow regimes, catchment yield, storage-yield-reliability analysis, data generation. Soil water, groundwater movement. Water resources systems: design, development, catchment management. Water law.

Assessment

Examinations (3 hours): 75% * Practical work: 25%
