Hydrologic cycle, hydrologic data measurement. Flood hydrology: flood stage-discharge, frequency analysis, rainfall, flood estimation methods, flood routing, urban drainage design, retarding basins. Yield hydrology: water balance, rainfall-runoff relations, flow duration curves. Storage-yield analysis. Groundwater hydrology: occurrence, aquifer parameters, groundwater hydraulics, yield, causes of salinisation.
