Design project

10 points * 13 lectures, 39 tutorials * Second semester * Clayton * Prerequisites: CHE3102, CHE3103, CHE3104, CHE4102, CHE4109, CHE4110 and CHE4114

Objectives The student is expected to apply the knowledge gained in the preceding 3.5 years of the course to the design of a process plant. The student will develop further oral and written communications skills. The student is expected to develop teamwork skills. The student is expected to develop confidence in the practice of chemical engineering, particularly in a design environment.

Synopsis A process design problem which requires application of the knowledge gained during the preceding years of the chemical engineering course.
