Objectives The student is expected to develop a deeper understanding of the phenomena and principles covered in lectures through participating in practical demonstrations; an understanding of the operation of the process equipment and instrumentation. The student is expected to develop skills in the ability to plan and manage experiments; technical report writing; research and self learning; computer programming. The student is expected to develop an interest in experimentation and a commitment to safe practices.
