Geophysics I (airborne geophysics I and II)

The principles and techniques associated with interpretation of airborne and Landsat remote sensing data in exploration geophysics; principles of multi-spectral scanning; electromagnetic (visible to infrared); synthetic aperture radar, airborne magnetometry; geological interpretation and modelling; image enhancement and analysis using Macintosh and Sun computers.

Assessment

Examinations: 50% * Practical work: 50%
