This subject examines ways of catering for individual differences in the mathematics classroom. Factors that influence the learning of mathematics, instructional strategies, and implementation procedures will be discussed. Selected diagnostic tests will be available for student use. Students are expected to devise and implement an intervention program, and assess its effectiveness. Students are expected to participate in regular lecture-discussions and practical sessions.
