(1) Lectures: Unit 9 - Music of Aboriginal Australia and the Pacific Islands. A survey of the styles and repertoire of the indigenous peoples of Australia and the Pacific. Unit 10 - Australian music post-1788. Detailed studies of the important developments in music since the European settlement of Australia. (2) Creative workshop: as for EDN4285.
