Arts in Australia and Asia 5: research in the arts
3 hours per week * First semester * Peninsula * Prerequisites: EDN2665 and EDN2675
This subject is divided into two parts. In the first part students will attend weekly seminars, covering topics related to research in the arts including quantitative and qualitative research, data collection and analysis, participant observation, writing a literature review and ethnography. In the second part students will prepare a research proposal and literature review based on their previous two years of study, which they will present as a seminar.
