Students will be encouraged to reflect on the teaching styles and organisational structures they have encountered. Strand `B' provides students with the opportunity to consider in detail the importance of developmentally appropriate programs in contrast with curriculum-oriented programs. In addition, students will examine appropriate guidance techniques for pupils in these grades.
