Music studies 1
3 hours per week * First semester * Peninsula
(1) Practical: students either follow a basic keyboard course or participate in an approved ensemble. Advanced students may be able to arrange credit for instrumental lessons taken outside the university. (2) Listening workshop: students develop listening skills through focused attention to a wide range of listening tasks. (3) Vocal workshop: practically oriented course designed to develop confidence and ability in using the singing voice.
Assessment
Practical work: 60% * Written 40%
