The Graduate Certificate in Information Technology provides one year of part-time study in commercially oriented computing. It is intended to provide computer competence and skills upgrading in technology for experienced computer professionals. The course is aimed at fulfilling a growing industry requirement to update the skills and knowledge of its computing professionals and to enable them to deal with the changing nature of the work environment expected as a result of the widespread acceptance of new technologies.
