Graduate Diploma in Robotics

Clayton campus

The course provides specialised training in robotics for those intending to work as engineers, programmers, technical specialists or managers in manufacturing industries. It is available only on a part-time basis, takes a minimum of two years and normally involves eight formal class hours per week.

The minimum entry requirement is a three-year degree or diploma in a discipline which provides a suitable foundation, eg computer science, data processing, electrical engineering, electronic engineering and communications engineering. Applicants without such a qualification may be admitted on the basis of suitable work experience. In some cases, students are required to study bridging subjects to attain the required standard for further study.
