Managing information and cultural heritage resources
Second semester * Clayton * Note: Available to MA(A&R) and GradDipArch&RecMgt students only
This subject develops general management skills and an understanding of their application to records management and archival policy, program and system development, service delivery, program marketing and promotional activities. It introduces resource management techniques in business planning, program budgeting, people management and staff development, buildings and facilities management, and managing technological change. Alternative models are considered. A program of guest speakers and visits complements the subject.
