PhD research methodology

Synopsis The aims of this subject are to inform candidates as to what is required from a PhD candidate and to provide an overview of methods and issues in business research. The syllabus includes PhD proposals, what is expected in a PhD thesis, research designs, qualitative and quantitative techniques of data production and analysis and innovative research in substantive areas such as accounting, banking and finance, management and marketing. Thus this subject equips candidates with the necessary skills to produce their theses.
