Human resource management issues

Synopsis To give students an in-depth exposure to and knowledge of a number of HRM concepts and the major issues impacting on human resource management in Australian organisations in the 1990s and beyond. Representative issues may include social and demographic change and HRM; managing cultural diversity; HRM role in achieving continuous improvement.

Assessment Assignments: 50% * Class work: 15% * Final examination (2 hours): 35%
