SynopsisThe overall aim of this subject is to assist participants in gaining an understanding of organisation behaviour and of the management functions and processes by which Australian managers influence individual and group performance in organisations. It aims to provide participants with appropriate knowledge, skills and attitudes to help make them more effective managers of themselves and other people, now and in the future. The subject uses systems thinking to integrate the organisational theories.

Assessment Major assignment (2000 words): 40% * Case studies and assignment: 60%
