Synopsis This optional subject is designed to enable students to build on the balance of their course, through observing, at first hand, the `world best practice' management technologies and manufacturing practices implemented by leading manufacturing companies internationally. The experiential learning gained through the overseas tour will be of particular benefit to the student seeking to contribute to the enhancement of manufacturing management practices by the student's employer.
