Synopsis The subject provides a study of the interconnection of the functions of industrial relations, personnel and training specialists at the place of work and their changing roles in the light of the greater emphasis now accorded to workplace industrial relations and reform. It focuses upon changing technology, work organisation, skill formation, performance appraisal and reward systems.
