Organisational behaviour

Synopsis This subject examines the functioning of organisations in our society as social as well as economic institutions and studies individual and group behaviour within these institutions. Social systems theory provides the general framework within which the subject is developed.

Assessment Written (assignments 4000 words): 50% * Examination (2 hours): 50%
