Synopsis This subject aims to help students develop a market-driven, customer-oriented business through in-depth understanding of retail customer behaviour and creative retail strategic response. As a result of this subject, students should be able to describe customer buying behaviour and trends; define alternative customer service opportunities; develop and implement innovative customer-winning strategies; manage customer relationships.

Assessment Assignments (6000 words): 60% * Final examination (2 hours): 40%
