Synopsis This subject aims to develop the skills and concepts required by business managers to use accounting data to evaluate the performance of an organisation; to enable students to evaluate the financial implications of strategies and actions; to expose students to a range of accounting techniques which can be used in their information base for decision-making; to provide students with an understanding of the underlying concepts and methodology of the accounting function.

Assessment Three assignments: 45% * Final examination (3 hours): 55%
