The subject is organised in terms of the following divisions: (i) theories of cities; (ii) strategies for research in urban sociology; (iii) analysis of the process of urban planning; (iv) investigating urban aesthetics as an integral part of urban life.
Assessment
Two essays (2500 words): 40% each * Test (1 hour): 20%
