Processes and applications of psychology

This subject builds on the material dealt with in PSY1011 and covers the following topics: sensory processes and perception, cognitive processes, learning, development, inferential statistics, and some applications of modern psychology. The laboratory classes are intended to illustrate various topics dealt with in lectures together with the applications of statistical principles to analyse psychological data, and include computer-based exercises.
