Legal studies - victimology

A study of some specialised areas of criminal law including crimes without victims; compensation for crimes; the unmaking of criminal law; political crimes and civil liberties; administrative sanctions and redress, eg ombudsman; legal rights of law officers; concepts of deviance and crime; interpretation of criminal statistics and role of community agencies in the treatment of offenders.
