This subject is a continuation of `Design and analysis of experiments I'. Trend analysis in one-way ANOVA. Power of ANOVA. Factorial analysis. Simple main and interaction effects. Fixed, random and mixed effects models. EMS rules. Analysis of covariance. Nested and nested-factorial designs. Computing packages used throughout.
