This is the first part of a three-year course which aims to bring students close to semi-native competence both in spoken and written Japanese by providing accelerated training. JPL1310 must be completed successfully in order to proceed to JPL1320. Students are advised to enrol concurrently for JPS1090 (Understanding contemporary Japan).
