Feminist research

The objectives of this subject are to prepare students to undertake research for a thesis and to introduce them to issues central to the evaluation of research studies. The subject will involve a review of theoretical, technical and ethical approaches to the research process. Feminist insights have been crucial for reassessing all the standard procedures for generating new knowledge and effectively applying the results of research findings.
